We started working on this as we got this from some other users experiencing the same issue. As we want all of our users to see Leo as a 5-star rated app we are getting each feedback into consideration. So if there is a way to help me please tell me. I deleted the app several times and downloaded it again but it still didn’t work. You could see the circle but I didn’t turn green it just went away.
